Terms

To check the availability of the flat and to receive an estimate for the
rent, you have to complete the application
form you can find at the informations page.
- The price we will
communicate you usually : Includes expenses like gas(for cooking), water,
current. Doesn't include bed-clothes and bath-towels (we provide it
by request and at payement), the final cleanings.
- To book the flat we usually ask a deposit (we will give you the details).
The rest of the ammount must be payed at the flat-coming.
- Tenants must
respect the neighbours and the flat. Eventual damages must be repayed
before the flat-leaving. This is the reason why a caution money (100,00
Euro) is required. It will be refunded at the flat-leaving.
